Whatcom Community Foundation
$5,000 - “Family Respite & Empowerment Events.” will create meaningful opportunities for people from different walks of life, of all ages, to build community and to connect with their dreams, the land and each other. We will organize and host two events on our farm, located in the rural area of north Bellingham, with each event lasting about three hours.
ASC Foundation
$20,000 - The Inclusion Project supports Unbridled Spirit in prioritizing services for youth of displaced families, those who have experienced trauma or loss and persons of color. Marginalized youth and families will thrive by developing increased hope, a belief in a better future.

This March 2023 Unbridled Spirit received a $2000 grant from the Tulalip Tribe! These funds will support us in serving youth and families who are seeking connection with nature, the animals and their inner light.

Unbridled Spirit has been awarded $5,000.00 from the Chuckanut Health Foundation to support the Inclusion Project. A project focused on supporting families experiencing homelessness, offering Family Farm Days as well as individual sessions for families and children who have or are experiencing trauma.

Unbridled Spirit 7 Hosted Family Farm Day this October, we provided a lunch to families of Lydia Place. Hempler's hot dogs generously supported this event by donating all of the hot dogs needed for lunch provided to participants and volunteers. Thank you so much Hempler's!


Kiwanis Work Parties
Kiwanis Club of Bellingham initiates a community work party every fall. This year community members as well as teachers
and students of Explorations Academy came out to do repairs
and spruce up the farm. Thank you so much to everyone
for all your hard work!
